All in-person, personal training clients are members of the Bliss Fitness and Wellbeing community.

Membership entitles you to:

  • An initial ‘get to know each other session’ to ensure you feel comfortable with me and my approach to fitness and wellbeing.
  • A health appraisal to highlight areas of concern or previous injuries as your safety is my top priority.
  • Individual tailored workouts updated monthly to ensure you remain challenged and motivated.
  • Personal luxuries such as still water, Avene thermal spring water facial spray and a protein shake post workout (when you train at Sarah’s gym in Kellyville Ridge).
  • Access to Sarah for ongoing support and guidance.
  • Exclusive access to free bonus material and motivational programs such as ‘Self-Motivation Essentials’.

(Note – training occurs during the NSW school term. If you’d like to train during the school holidays, you can purchase bonus sessions for the special price of $50.)

One on one, in-person memberships start from a $240 per month depending on how long you want to invest, and the number of sessions you want to complete with Sarah each week.
