  2. Access to the online kick-start course ‘Self-Motivation Essentials’
  3. Access to the exclusive online platform, PT Hub.
  4. The ability to upload your measurements and progress photos.
  5. 2 x 30 min resistance workouts including videos and detailed instructions.
  6. 2 x 30 min HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts including videos and detailed instructions.
  7. 2 x 10 minute Skype calls with Sarah, designer of the exclusive online program, to ensure you remain motivated and accountable.
